MediaCityUK will be home to one of the largest high definition studio facilities in Europe.

Located at the centre of the site, the studio block will be both a production hub and a visitor destination. But you don’t have to wait until 2011 to start making great content at MediaCityUK; The Pie Factory – a refurbished building next door – is already providing studio space for TV, film, advertising campaigns and photo shoots.

Media Services

The studio complex at MediaCityUK will be complemented by a portfolio of media services, underpinned by the latest technology and communications.

MediaCityUK is an environment where content can be produced, managed and distributed digitally, supported by an end-to-end HD file-based workflow.

The Central Technical Area (CTA) will provide site-wide and external connectivity, as well as managing and controlling all signals, data transfer and communications throughout the facilities. A highly trained and focused operational and customer services team, working around the clock, will deliver the ultimate flexible approach.
