The buildings impressive reception area and entrance lead down to the waters edge to create a truley unique entrance.The buildings upper floors provide superb panoramic of the quays. To the rear of the building lies a multi-story car park which is attached to the Victoria by covered walkway.
Location
The Victoria is located in Harbour City which is positioned in the heart of Salford Quays. The newly developed Media City is only half a mile away and Manchester city centre is just over 2 miles East of the quays.
The site benefits from its own stop on the Metro link and the regions motorways can be easily accessed via the M602 which is situated half a mile away.
Restrictions
- Any filming must not disturb the users of the building who occupy the space 5 days a week during business hours.
Accessibility
Good access to ground floor level. Upper floors have lower floor to ceiling height.
