Description

Seen by some as the first planned industrial park in the world, Trafford Park is now one of the largest industrial parks in Europe. In recent times the area has become much more than just an industrial park. Facilities now include, high class Grade ‘A’ offices, hotels, leisure facilities and shopping centres.

Peel has the ability to offer a range of sites varying from scrubland and small industrial units to large distribution factories, retail parks and indoor ski facilities as well as the world famous Trafford Centre, one of the largest indoor shopping centres in England.

Location

Trafford Park can be found on the outskirts of Manchester inside the region's orbital motorway. Situated to the west of Manchester, the area sits next to Salford Quays.

The park has it's own railway station and can be accessed by road from both junction 9 or 10 of the M60. Manchester airport is approximately 10 miles to the south of the park.
