Description

Stration Retail Park is an established retail park on the outskirts of Edinburgh City Centre. The parks older units have been added to with a newer phase, with further extensions planned.

The older units have a destinctive external cladding while the newer developments have a more up to date appearance.

Location

The retail park is situated on the A701, adjacent to the Straiton Junction of the Edinburgh Bypass and immediately adjacent to Costco and Ikea. Junction 1 of the M8 is less than 10 minutes drive from the site and Edinburgh City Centre is approximately 5 miles away.

Edinburgh Waverley railway station is in the heart of the city centre and is the 2nd larget station in the UK. The station has regular services to major destinations throughtout the UK in addition to providing a shuttle bus to Edinburgh Airport.

Restrictions

  • Filming cannot interfere with the centre's shoppers
  • Permission will need to be sought from individual shops to film any branding and in store footage
