Description

Clydeports are a partner in the Renfrew Riverside development scheme, a new development which will transform the waterfront area by effectively extending Renfrew Town Centre down to the river. The development will create new houses, leisure space and offices, and will generate up to 10,000 new jobs within the area.

Several phases of the development are underway or have been completed and Clydeports can offer a range of locations on the waterfront including large warehouses and plots of land awaiting development as part of the Renfrew Riverside scheme.

Location

Renfrew is a small town on the outskirts of Glasgow located 6 miles west of the city centre. The land under Clydeport ownership is located north of the town’s centre on the banks of the River Cylde. Junction 26 of the M8 motorway is under 2 miles from the site and provides access to the regions motorway network.

Hillington West Train Station is just over 3 miles from the site and provides a regular service to Glasgow Central Station. Glasgow International Airport is approximately 10 minutes drive from Renfrew.
