Glasgow Harbour is a 130 acre large-scale mixed-use development containing high quality residential, retail, leisure and commercial facilities. Located on the River Clyde just outside of Glasgow City Centre, Glasgow Harbour has over 3km of river frontage. Surrounding the site are some of the most desirable residential areas within the city, with a range of high quality retail, leisure and cultural amenities within the West End.

The development currently consists of a number of  modern residential apartments with several plots still awaiting development. Clydeports can also offer access to Clydeway House, a 2 storey brick office block.


Glasgow Harbour lies on the north bank of the Clyde, approximately 2 miles from the heart of Glasgow City Centre.

The site benefits from excellent links to both the road and public transport links, and these existing links will be enhanced further by a series of extensive infrastructure improvements. The Clydeside Expressway (A814) runs next  to the site and provides quick access to the city centre, southside and the motorway network.

Partick Station is a combined railway station and underground station with an adjacent bus station. It is located 300 metres from the site and is one of the main transport hubs in Glasgow with regular services to many locations in Greater Glasgow and wider Strathclyde. Glasgow International Airport is less than 10 miles away.
