Description

The Peel Group have a number of different interests in the Ellesmere Port area. This includes the Pioneer Business Park, which is home a range of modern industrial units varying in size. These units are available as storage facilities or as studio space.

Additionally, there are a number of plots of land, older industrial buildings and Manchester Ship Canal's former Ellesmere Port Dock Office.

Ellesmere Port is located in Cheshire, North West of England. The majority of Peel's interests are centred around junction 7 & 8 of the M53 motorway.
